Your satisfaction is very important to us here at Flags Galore Store. Exchanges and returns should be simple and fair as possible. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, a return or exchange can be made within 365 days from the date of purchase. All merchandise must be returned in its original condition with a copy of your receipt. Please note the following:
- Refunds will be made in same method of payment as the purchase of the merchandise.
- Credit/debit card - the credit will be posted to your credit card account the same day we process your return.
- Check - a refund check will be mailed to you via first-class mail within 2 weeks of the day we process your return.
- If we made the mistake, we will pay for the shipping. Otherwise shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Without a receipt, we can only exchange merchandise returned in its original unopened condition for other merchandise or a store credit. The amount of the credit will be for the current selling price of the returned product.
- Please note that we do NOT receive COD shipments.
- Special order items are non-refundable.
- Mail the return to the address printed on the invoice/packing slip that was included in your shipment. Place a copy of the receipt in the package.
