Finally!!  This garden flag stabilizer will keep your flag from being flipped over by the wind!  Just screw the separate flag stabilizer onto the vertical part of your garden flag pole as a horizontal extension arm.  Secure the lower end of your flag with the two black clips provided.  The sawed clips will stabilize the flag and prevent it from being blown over or blown away!  Packaged and sold separately as a garden flag enhancer.  Size:  17" x 1.5"
